Author: jrlewis85

I have nine books published and available on Amazon, B & N, or through my publisher, Black Rose Writing, and I'm working on number ten. Caught in a Web (2018) won a PenCraft Literary Award and was named "One of the best crime fiction novels of 2018" by Best Thrillers. Spiral Into Darkness was named a Reader's Favorite Recommended Read. Betrayed is a Maxy Award Runner-up for Fiction-Crime-, and won a Literary Titan Silver Book Award. Blaze In, Blaze Out has won a Literary Titan Gold Book Award, a Reader's Favorite Recommended Read, was selected as an Editor's Choice by BestThrillers, and was highlighted in The Big Thrill. I retired from education in July of 2020 after serving youth and families as a teacher, coach, counselor and administrator, and I now work part-time as an online educator. I'm happily married with three children (my son, Wil, deceased in 2014) and I live in Fredericksburg, VA.
